Amanda's passion is to spend her life as a storyteller. While exploring her obsession with acting, Amanda ventured into theatre directing, and then turned her focus to the screen and has been making films ever since as a producer, director and writer. Since switching to behind the camera she has already brought many stories to life. Her 2013 short film ‘Dark Outside’ has screened internationally in New York, LA, Melbourne and Sydney, winning best film adaption at Sydney Short and Sweet Festival. Her music videos have featured on network TV and her earlier short film work is still being played around the world. As a producer she is a member of Dorothy Creatives, a company set up to create female driven content those first awarding winning short film ‘Dinner with Friends’ has already screened around the world. With many more projects in post-production and development, AK looks forward to collaborating with talented artists to help bring stories to life.
